Things just happen that are often out of your control (near impossible spawns) and you can go from full hp to death in seconds. Nuclear Throne is way, way harder than Enter the Gungeon. I had beaten Enter the Gungeon and done all the achievements, so I decided to give Nuclear Throne a try since it seemed very similar.
